Hub, Dev, Buzz, or Learn. The wrong pick wastes a quarter. Here is a short self-diagnostic to route you in under two minutes.

How the test works

Three questions. The verb in your answer tells you the specialist.

The verb test: Hub cites. Dev builds. Buzz says. Learn teaches.

Question 1 - Where do your customers look before they buy?

  • They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews. → You need to be cited. Go to AISO Hub.
  • They use a tool, form, or system inside your business that is slow or broken. → You need something built. Go to AISO Dev.
  • They scroll social. They follow accounts. They want to see your brand. → You need content that says something. Go to AISO Buzz.
  • Not a customer problem - your own team needs to use AI safely and well. → You need training that teaches. Go to AISO Learn.

If the first question already sorted you, stop reading. Go to the specialist. You are done.

Question 2 - What breaks first if you do nothing this quarter?

  • AI search traffic stalls. Competitors get cited. You do not. → Hub.
  • A manual process collapses under growth. The team burns out on copy-paste work. → Dev.
  • Your social goes silent. Inbound dies because nobody knows you exist. → Buzz.
  • The team uses AI ad-hoc, unsafely, or not at all - and the EU AI Act deadline is looming. → Learn.

Question 3 - Who owns the outcome internally?

  • Marketing / SEO / Content lead. → Hub is your partner.
  • Operations / Product / Engineering lead. → Dev is your partner.
  • Nobody. You need the marketing team. → Buzz is your partner.
  • HR / People / Compliance lead. → Learn is your partner.

If the answer is “nobody, and it is not marketing” - for example, nobody is leading operations - we are the wrong call for that problem. Honest answer. Go hire an ops lead first, come back after.

Still torn between two

A few common cross-overs:

  • “I need content that is cited by AI and sounds like me.” Buzz writes the post. Hub makes sure AI cites it. They are designed to work together.
  • “I need a lead form built and then marketed.” Dev builds the form. Buzz drives traffic to it. Clean handoff.
  • “I need AI search work and internal tooling.” Hub first, Dev next quarter. Rarely both at once.

What not to buy

Do not buy a bundle before you have tested one brand. Every client we have served long-term started with one brand. Always.

The group exists to make the next step easy, not to pre-sell it.
